  • Briefing Room – The Briefing room is specially designed with all modern amenities keeping in mind the requirements for all briefing and training sessions.
  • Conference Room – The Conference room is carefully crafted by experts to provide the best ambience to aid in productivity for your meetings. A perfect place to add a professionalism to brilliant ideas.

Apart from these, we also offer Function/Event halls along with Guest rooms for your events and large conferences.

  • Shalom Hall – A 500-seat capacity hall that’s fully carpeted, air conditioned, and equipped with audio-visual equipment.
  • Guest Rooms – With 5 star amenities for a comfortable business stay for your guests.
  • Dining Halls – Ergonomic and visually pleasing to provide a refreshing break for you event and conference attendees.

Located at YMCA ground, Royapettah, Chennai. A whooping 5 acres of bare land with 48000 sq. ft.(200 X 220 sq. ft.) of air-conditioned comfort in a covered, multi functional structure for Weddings, Conferences, Exhibitions, Concerts, Corporate gatherings, Press meets, Award Ceremonies, Fashion shows and any other events. For your convenience, the structure also can be separated into three areas.

Facilities: Separate veg and non-veg kitchens, green rooms, rest rooms for gents, ladies and VIPs and ample car parking facilities. Our excellent support staffs of Housekeeping and Security maintains the premises in top condition.

The structure is divided into three modules namely,

Shalom 1:  60X 220 sq. ft.,

Shalom 2:  80X 220 sq. ft.,

Shalom 3:  60X 220 sq. ft. 

Separate modules can also be hired for various events depending upon the requirements. Along with this we have separate veg and non-veg kitchen, green room, ample car parking facilities and separate rest rooms for gents, ladies and VIPs. We also have an excellent housekeeping team and security team who takes care of the premises.
